Life as a Bipolar person in the developing world

Life as a person with bipolar is not easy

I was 21 when I was diagnosed with this condition and no I am 24.

these three years have taken a lot from me and have taught me a lot.

I get these bouts of energy every few months, especially during the changing of weather to do something big huge larger than me become a writer, a perfumer, a music video director, a freelancer, a martial artist, a fine artist and so much more

this power feeling lasts for a small amount of time a couple of weeks. Here I sleep less or am unable to sleep for a long duration called mania or hypomania

usually after this, a period of depression comes which is the hardest and most thought to beat I dont move out of my bed dont wash myself do nothing.

my parents are clueless they can show me to one doctor another

medicines to keep one stable but the side effects are horrendous.

I pray to god no one goes through something like what I am going through
